Order not received: Refund Claim not processed on deadline

Dear Sirs, I never received any order from a seller and i opened a claim but i found out that catawiki started a foul play on my integrity as they have refused to pay me my refund after the deadline passed. The package was marked as delivered on their website on the 19th but i never received any package personally or digitally signed for receiving any package, which i contacted the customer support immediately. They steped in, and investigated, they promised a refund on the 27th but they refused to refund me (3,035,50) and they started playing on my integrity after the deadline given to the seller has passed. The seller and the shipping company could not provide the (POD) for a registered parcel which a legal documentation or digital record-- such as a signed receipt, electronic signature, timestamped log, or photo--confirming the item was delivered to me personally. Which should include my name, address, delivery date/ time, and tracking number. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: Often required for a registered mail as alledged by the seller, apparently it should feature scanned image of my signature as the recipient. The slip attached only shows it was delivered to the distribution company address in another location but was not delivered to me as the main recipient personally. HERE WAS THE INITIAL RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS SUPPOSELY INITIATED MY REFUND ON THE 27TH OF MARCH AND FAILED. THIS IS INJUSTICE (I NEED TO PRESS CHARGES AGAINST CATAWIKI FOR THE DAMAGES AND THE INCONVINIENCES CAUSED AND THEIR UNPROFESSIONALITY) Dear Tolulope, I completely understand your frustration. Your feelings are entirely valid, and I apologize for the inconvenience and delay you are experiencing. Regarding the delivery protocols you mentioned—such as requiring an ID or a secret code—we understand your expectations, especially given your past experiences with high-value deliveries. Unfortunately, the specific delivery procedures and verification steps used by the shipping company are out of our direct control. However, please rest assured that we are actively stepping in to resolve this. Here is exactly what is happening next: Seller Deadline: We have contacted the seller and required them to provide official proof of delivery by the end of the day on March 26th. Thorough Review: We will be checking the required information and the proof of delivery provided by the seller very carefully to ensure the package was handled correctly. Final Update: We will get back to you on March 27th with a final update on the status of your claim. Refund Guarantee: If we do not receive valid proof of delivery from the seller by the deadline, we will immediately issue your full refund. Order not received: Refund Claim

Dear Sirs, I am writing in respect of an object i bought on catawiki, the seller allegedly shipped the product and it was later marked as delivered on the catawiki platform on the 19th of March, i immediately contacted Catawiki to address the false marked delivery status because the package was never delivered to me peraonally. Catawiki then went ahead to open a claim on the 19th, I cantacted the seller as well, but he informed me that he also doesn't really sure where the package was actually delivered to, (Screenshot attached). I saw that the address and Zip code that the package was delivered to was actually different from my address which is the address i have on my catawiki. After investigation and the confirmation from the seller that he can't say specifically where the package ended up, Catawiki promised to refund my money on the 27th Friday. When the 27th comes, Catawiki customer service went on selent for many hours, but later came back to me saying they still can't process my refund due to more internal reviewing. Furthermore. The seller claimed that the package was a registered mail, then i asked, if it was a registered mail, who signed as the recipient of the package? What ID was provided when the package was handed over? Unfortunately, the seller and the shipping company could't provide this vital proof of delivery. Catawiki keeps holding unto my money for no reasons. They have refused to answer me in my claim refund, this is unacceptable as both the seller and catawiki are playing on my integrity. I need my €3,032.50 back ASAP.

Produto errado

Arrematei um relogio onde dizia que o mesmo era banhado a ouro rosa. Recebi um produto diferente do especificado no leilão pois o mesmo informava ser banhado a ouro rosa e não existe qualquer ouro no relogio. Fiz contato com a Catawiki antes mesmo de pagar o leilão solicitando confirmação do analista que assina o lote para saber se realmente era banhado a ouro.... a Catawiki não soube afirmar... Recebi a orientação de pagar pelo lote e verificar a veracidade do item após recebimento... Agora tenho um relogio diferente do que foi prometido no lote e a Catawiki e o vendedor Gold&Watches da Italia não resolvem o problema.

Reclamação e Pedido de Anulação de Cobrança – Leilão nº 98868457

Exmos. Senhores, Venho por este meio apresentar uma reclamação formal relativa ao leilão nº 98868457, ocorrido no dia 6 de dezembro. Durante o referido leilão, efetuei várias licitações que culminaram num valor final de 61 €. Para meu total espanto, fui posteriormente informada de que teria ganho o leilão pelo valor de 234 €, valor que não corresponde a nenhuma das licitações que realizei. Tal discrepância indica claramente um erro da plataforma. Assim que detectei esta situação, entrei em contacto convosco por e-mail, comunicando o erro e solicitando o cancelamento da transação. No entanto, apenas no dia 9 de dezembro recebi uma resposta padrão, sem qualquer análise ao caso, afirmando que todos os lances são vinculativos. Esta resposta não reflete a realidade da situação, nem considera o meu histórico de participação assídua e responsável nos vossos leilões, o qual demonstra que este comportamento é totalmente incoerente com o meu padrão habitual. Por se tratar de um erro evidente da plataforma, não procedi ao pagamento do valor incorreto. Contudo, no dia 27 de dezembro, recebi uma notificação exigindo o pagamento de uma taxa de 24,06 €, bem como a possibilidade de penalização ou bloqueio da minha conta. Considero esta cobrança totalmente injusta, uma vez que a situação não foi causada por mim. Desta forma, solicito: 1. A anulação imediata da cobrança da taxa de 24,06 €; 2. A garantia de que não haverá qualquer penalização ou bloqueio da minha conta; 3. A reavaliação do caso, com análise das licitações efetuadas no leilão em questão, de forma a confirmar o erro técnico ocorrido. Catawiki

Boa Trade Desde Agosto de 2025 que fiz compras na Catawiki , paguei 10200€ em lotes que deveriam ter cativado o valor e não debitar em conta. A Catawiki cancelou todos os lotes num valor de taxas de cerca de 3000€ Já pedi milhares de vezes o reembolso e até hoje nunca deram uma resposta. Pretendo a vossa ajuda na resolução do pendente, pois preciso do dinheiro para fazer tratamentos e exames do cancro da minha esposa na Fundação Gulnenkian Junto o anexo da lista de compras e pagamentos realizados
