E-REDES Criminal Fraud

Exmos. Senhores, Instead of Christmas greetings, E-REDES CEO Luís Filipe Pereira shuts people's power off then sends a signed letter demanding a new, more costly energy contract. My bank automatically pays E-REDES €200 per month. My heat is separate diesel fuel, hot water is solar. I have no air conditioning, or unusual appliances, and my appliances are new and energy-efficient. Still E-REDES shuts off my power several times each month. Before this "Smart Meter" I lived in this house three years and never had this problem or these bills. My bills have nearly trippled from €69 to €200 and they are two or three times more than friends using the same provider (Gold Energy) pay with larger families and multiple high'energy use refrigerators. The system of sending customers back and forth between E-REDES and service providers, each abdicating all responsibility, having half a dozen different phone numbers for customers to call, telling customers to diagnose outlandish inconsistencies on ther own - hiring electricians to test appliances and always telling them to pay more - is a racket. Smart Meters are only the latest way E-REDES obstruct its responsibilities to provide transparency and essential services. Articles in the press brag about E-REDES installing smart meters across Portugal. There are many reasons why Smart Meters are dangerous as well as fraudulent. Here are some: h ttps://va.childrenshealthdefense.org/take-action/tell-dominion-to-restore-power-to-those-who-refused-smart-meters/ h ttps://thepeoplesinitiative.org/lawsuits/mass-tort-filed-against-utilities-for-health-effects-from-smart-meters-smart-grid/ h ttp://emfsafetynetwork.org/smart-meters/ People work hard in Portugal and deserve transparency and accountability - not cynical abuse by essential services providers. I hope the government of Portugal will follow the new US Administration in exposing and ending waste and fraud. Cumprimentos.
