Fee Inflation via Separation Without Legal Basis

Dear DECOPRO, I am writing to file a follow-up complaint regarding Bestplus Condomínios under previous case number 13034680, and to formally raise the following concerns: 1. Failure to Reply to Complaint After receiving notification from DECOPRO that the company had responded to my initial complaint, I contacted Bestplus Condomínios on 24 July 2025 via email to request the reply. However, I have not received any response to date, nor any relevant documentation, despite my clear request. This ongoing silence is deeply troubling and represents a disregard for procedural transparency. 2. Deliberate Obstruction and Psychological Impact Bestplus has intentionally refused to reply to my inquiries regarding unapproved fee changes, resulting in significant stress and emotional distress. Their conduct undermines my rights as a condominium co-owner and consumer. 3. Fee Inflation via Separation Without Legal Basis I demand that Bestplus provide the legal or regulatory documentation that justifies separating garage fees from the general condominium management fees in a way that increases the total amount charged. In the absence of such legal basis, this pricing structure appears unjustified and legally questionable. 4. Request for Official Company Response to Case No. 13034680 As part of the procedural transparency, I formally request that the company resend the exact response previously submitted to DECOPRO under this case number, so I may review and address it properly. DESRESPEITO DA ASSEMBLEIA ( ACTA 45 ? )DE 7/5/2022

1 - A empresa recusa-se a enviar a Acta da Assembleia em título, apesar de emails enviados, solicitações presenciais a D. Carla, gestora do Condomínio da rua do Miradouro nº3, Cacém, e bem assim ao representante da empresa Sr. Eng. João Martins.2 - Nessa reunião foi aprovado por unanimidade que o aumento do fundo reserva tem que ser proporcional também para as garagens, implicando as devidas retificações nos valores a liquidar às garagens (quotas) nos anos 2021 e 2022.3- A empresa não respeita o autorizado e que descrevo no ponto 2, enviando NOTA DE COBRANÇA em 24/8/2022, sem os valores rectificados e aprovados, ignorando o consagrado na referida Assembleia.
