Incorrect bill

Recent current failure at home was checked by local electrician to confirm that the problem was caused by e-redes and everything inside the house is good. I called e-redes who came and carried out replacement of fuses belonging to e-redes and confirmed there will be no cost for the repairs as it was outside my house. Inspite of this MEO charged me € 20,00. In addition, MEO has no respect for customers as two .reclamações asking for explanation of the wrong bill remain unanswered. Very bad business practice.
