The absence of adequate support makes the situation even more challenging and jeopardizes people's ability to access the benefits and services they are entitled to.Therefore, I urgently request that the Social Security take immediate measures to rectify this technical issue in its online system and provide proper assistance to citizens facing difficulties in obtaining the NISS.
