Outstanding problems with the construction of our new home under guarantee.
1. After sending multiple emails and various telephone calls to the office regarding outstanding problems with the building and paint-works, that are all under the original 5-year guarantee for a new home, the company has not responded how these problems are going to be resolved.I expect the company to acknowledge my complaints and to respond with when these outstanding issues are going to be resolved. List is attached.I have kept all the emails regarding these issues.2. Another very serious problem is the servicing of the solar panels on the roof. I have an original signed contact between the Company and the supplier of the solar panels, that they will service these panels on a yearly basis at their cost for a period of 6 (six) years.This has up to today not been done at all!I also wish to know who will take the responsibility if something happens with the solar panels and they have NOT been serviced all these years.3. Copies of all the relevant emails are available.
