Venho, por este meio comunicar a V. Exas que fiz uma reserva de viagem utilizando a empresa Gotogate. A viagem seria feita pela operadora aérea LATAM Airlines. O que acontece, é que os voos foram cancelados devido à situação epidemiológica do país. No entanto, não consigo comunicar com o agente de viagens. Comuniquei com a LATAM, e disseram-me que faziam o reembolso total. Mas, como tinha sido feito feito por um agente, eles tinham de reembolsar ao agente e o agente reembolsar-me a mim. Já enviei emails, a resposta é que me vão responder mais tarde e não respondem. A GOTOGATE afirma ter enviado um pedido de reembolso em março (encontramo-nos em agosto) e a LATAM afirma não ter recebido nada. Preciso de ajuda urgente.

The airlines are ready to refund me, as long as the intermediary, gotogate, makes the refund application. I'm just asking for you to do it, since you told you already did it back then and the airlines claims you didn't.
