Very disappointing experience with Eco Parcel.
I paid €15 for a collection service, but my order was cancelled and I never even received the shipping labels I needed to print and send my package. Despite the fact that the service was cancelled and I was unable to use it, Eco Parcel only refunded me €9 and kept €6.
How is it reasonable to keep €6 when the service was never provided?
I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I paid for a service that I did not receive, and I should not have to lose money because the order was cancelled.
I would not recommend Eco Parcel based on my experience. If you are considering using this service, be aware of the problems I experienced with cancellation and refunds.
