Mo senhoresCANIF 178174920Élvio Sousa, residente à Estrada Padre Alfredo Vieira de Freitas, 164A, tentou fazer compra on line, na empresa C&A Online-Shop, e que foi recusada pela comunicação da empresa, a 8 dezembro, que a empresa não faz envio para as ilhas. Ora estando a operar em Portugal, de acordo com a Lei n.º//2022, estão as empresas proibidas (on line) de discriminar os consumidores das regiões autónomas, nas entregas de produtos ou serviços.
