I would like to express my displeasure with the service provided by Pedro Bernardes, one of the Century 21 agents. I had applied to rent a room, and we were discussing the terms of the rental when the agent asked about my nationality. After I answered, the agent simply ignored me, displaying a lack of professionalism and a very xenophobic attitude.Do not forget the type of person you are dealing with if you are interacting with the same agency.
