I signed up for a cellphone plan. I was told the MEO Care came with the plan. I began getting a separate bill for the MEO Care. I went in to the store where I signed up for the plan and was told I did not have to have that and did not need to pay.The bill was turned over to Intrum which I was not familiar with. I went into the store again and was told I did not owe anything. I kept getting harassed by Intrum. I went back into the store and was told I HAD to pay for the service. I paid and told them to cancel the service. They agreed and said someone would call me at 7pm that evening and I just had to tell them I agreed to cancel it. Someone called and said they could not cancel it. I need this service cancelled. I've never used it. I want a refund for the 32.01 euros I had to pay because the company was not honest with me and added something to my bill for a service they said was included. Lisa
