Hello DECO Team(i) I am a sub-tenent with MODORAMO (landlord). My contract is only for bedroom. A TV got stolen from Living room. As per the contract, the landlord is suppose to charge every resident of the apartment. But he is only charging 4 residents of the apartment which is a violation of the contract.(ii) The cleaner provided by the landlord accessed our bedroom in our absence without taking any prior consent on 3rd Jan 2020.(iii) Our contract is only for bedroom. Hence the security of the apartment lies with the landlord. There have been extreme negligence in terms of security of the apartment. Hence we are not safe in this apartment.(iv) The internet doesn't work properly in my bedroom.(v) Also there is large window in the bedroom connected with bathroom (WC). The window is sealed and painted to camouflage as a part of wall. As a result, I can hear every fart and flush from the bathroom. Also the bedroom is extremely tiny. Please check if these are as per the existing Portuguese (municipal) laws.I request the legal team of DECO to review the contract since it is highly skewed in favour of landlord and I suspect it is not in compliance with the existing Portuguese laws.
