Tempo de espera

Venho por este meio informar V. Exmas que fiz uma encomenda online na Movertix, trata-se de um telemóvel Samsung Galaxy A33 no dia 14/08/2023 tendo sido efectuado o pagamento no mesmo dia e ainda tendo pago mais pelo envio mais rápido, sendo que prazo de entrega seria entre 48-72h. Até hoje o estado de encomenda continua em preparação, e não tenho qualquer informação acerca do telemóvel. Por inúmeras vezes já tentei entrar em contacto com os mesmos, tanto por via Telefonica, bem como via e-mail e até hoje não obtive resposta.Obrigada pela disponibilidade.
