Hello, I have been trying to cancel my subscription on your website for days now and i even sent you various emails, but never heard back from you. So, i am now writing an official claim against your company. I only ask for a written confirmation of the cancelation of my subscription, as well my account and data deleted. You claim that at anytime the customer can cancel a subscription and as the print screen attached i did. But nothing changes on my profile and it continues to show that i have a subscription and de renew date...
