Sofá encomendado, nunca chegou

Boa noite, Venho por este meio deixar a minha reclamação para com A Loja do Gato Preto. No dia 04/08/2025 fiz a encomenda dum sofá na loja de Almada. Informaram-me que iria demorar cerca de 45 dias úteis porque a fábrica ia fechar em Agosto e não havendo produção, não havia entregas. Deixei completar os 45 dias úteis, não obtive qualquer tipo de comunicação por parte d’A Loja do Gato Preto, tentei várias vezes entrar em contacto com o apoio ao cliente da loja anteriormente referida mas eles nunca atendem o telemóvel. Desloquei-me então até à loja de Almada no passado dia 10/10/2025 e questionei uma das lojistas acerca do atraso do sofá. A lojista disse que ia pedir que entrassem em contacto comigo para informarem-me acerca do estado da minha encomenda, e que iria receber essa informação no dia 13/10/2025. Não recebi qualquer tipo de contacto por parte d’A Loja do Gato Preto, e mais uma vez, tive que deslocar-me à loja no dia 15/10/2025. A lojista que questionei disse-me que tem registado o pedido e que diz que está em processo. Já chega de esperar. Se não conseguem cumprir com os prazos de entrega, metam tempos maiores. Muitas tentativas de contacto e nada, é chato para nós clientes e para os lojistas que ouvem as reclamações dos clientes porque outros departamentos d’A Loja do Gato Preto não querem saber. Se compramos um artigo, esperamos tê-lo na data prevista, ou pelo menos que nos informem de algum atraso e peçam desculpa. A Loja do Gato Preto não informa de nada, nem tão pouco pedem desculpa pelo que fazem.

O que vamos fazer agora Confirmar com o fabricante a data realista de expedição. Enviar-lhe por escrito a previsão firme (data/semana) e, quando expedido, o tracking. Bom dia, Faz amanhã uma semana que disseram que iam confirmar a data de entrega do sofá e até agora nada. Não tenho previsão de entrega, não sei sequer com quem estou a falar e dizem “Fico eu próprio como ponto de contacto único”… Em que ficamos? Quero o meu sofá ou o dinheiro. Marquei férias para a altura que alegadamente iam entregar o sofá, não tenho o sofá e desperdicei dias de férias por causa da vossa irresponsabilidade para com o cliente.

O que apurámos hoje com o fornecedor: A semana W43 (20–26/10/2025) está sem stock para este modelo. Prevemos reposição/expedição a partir da semana W44 (27/10–02/11/2025). Para avançarmos já, indique por favor a sua preferência: Manter a encomenda para expedição na W44 (prioridade de envio assim que o artigo der entrada); ou Cancelar a encomenda e proceder ao reembolso integral pelo mesmo método de pagamento. Assim que recebermos a sua indicação, avançamos no próprio dia e informaremos também a loja onde efetuou a compra. Mais uma vez, as nossas desculpas pelo incómodo. Sendo a previsão de entrega entre 27/10 e 02/11, quero manter a encomenda! Mas garantam que entregam o sofá na data indicada, é que orientar tudo para alguém estar na morada da entrega e depois não o virem entregar, é falta de respeito.
