Sofá ainda nao foi entregue

Encomendei um sofa na loga "gato preto" do Colombo, em que me disseram que seria entregue até dia 27 de Novembro de 2025. A uma semana do fim do prazo, liguei todos os dias para a loja e nunca atenderam, até que me desloquei a loja para tentar saber mais informações e previsivel data de entrega do sofa, ao que me disseram que o sofá estava sem stock e sem prazo de entrega ainda definido. Sendo que posteriormente pesquisei por mais informações na internet e constatei que já haviam várias reclamações, sobre este procedimento da loja do gato preto, sobre a falta de transparência, profissionalismo e muita falta de informação. Agradeço que seja resolvida o mais rápidamente está situação e que me seja ressarcido alguma compensão, pela falta de compromisso com a parte da loja do gato preto. Como cliente cumpri a minha parte e do lado da loja está em falta com muita das suas responsabilidades. Aguardo por uma resposta
