Site enganoso, progaganda enganosa

Venho por meio desta comunicar que a empresa WAVEINN/TRADEINN não deixa claro antes do momento de finalizar a compra, que se trata de uma importação (sujeita a taxas alfandegárias de importação). O site está todo traduzido para o português e os valores estão em REAIS. Portanto passando a falsa impressão de se tratar de um site de compras nacional. Somente após finalizar a compra e receber o email da empresa é que percebi que se tratava de uma empresa de fora do Brasil. Caso estivesse claro no site que se tratava de empresa estrangeira, eu não teria feito a compra. Gostaria do meu dinheiro de volta, já que o produto será automaticamente devolvido ao remetente quando chegar na alfandega brasileira, caso a taxa (60% em cima o valor da compra) não seja paga. É preciso estar claro no site que se trata de uma importação, e não apenas receber essa informação após ter finalizado o procedimento de compra, e permitir assim que o comprador faça a compra conscientemente. Além disso, a empresa faz a propaganda enganosa de devolução em até 30 dias SEM NECESSIDADE DE QUALQUER JUSTIFICATIVA, mas quando entrei em contato para explicar a questão, simplesmente se negaram a revisar o caso e efetuar os estornos. Hello,Sorry, but you have not even read the message and have answered me in a generic english automated-like email. I have already logged in and asked for refund and return following your instructions and your company answered me by email telling it couldn´t be done despite the fact that you advertise everywhere that this is a normal and SIMPLE procedure. Also, first of all, you had the trouble to translate your entire site and put the prices at the local currency, so the customers from abroad wouldn´t realize the fact that they could pay import taxes, but you don´t mind answering the email here in english which just shows how regardless you are about your customers. It is mandatory to keep it clear, BEFORE the purchase, that it is an importing procedure which could be taxed by customs service on each country. No, I have not been refund yet.
