Exmos. Senhores, Feita reserva de carro de aluguer com Referencia CJT 157704628, com seguro total " Platina " na CarJet no valor aprox. de 80 euros. Para levantamento do veiculo o endereco e local era na firma Klass Wagen , onde me pediram o depósito de valor perto do 3000 euros o que não tinha disponível no cartão MasterCard naquela data, sendo assim pedido no local o cancelamento da reserva. Aí disseram que o cancelamento da reserva teria de ser feita directamente à Carjet, o que fiz, solicitando a devolucão do valor pago por MasterCard no momento da reserva. A Carjet respondeu completamente fora de contexto e após minhas insistências por e-mail nunca mais respondeu. Melhores cumprimentos. Fernando Marcos

You can either take the insurance with them or you can leave a deposit. If you don’t want to take the hire companies’ insurance for whatever reason, because you have our insurance, because you have your own private policy or any other reason, then you’ll be required to leave the deposit. Please note that we always try to make sure that our customers are aware of how our insurance works. This is why we inform you on our website, on your rental voucher and again in the separate email we send you with your insurance documents that you need to leave a deposit on collection if you do not take the insurance with the hire company. For the majority of offers on our website, the cancellation policy is very flexible and allows free cancellations right up until the collection time on your voucher. As long as you cancel before then, we can offer a full refund. You can see the cancellation policy for each offer in the conditions before booking and again on your rental voucher. Please note that you can cancel 24h a day using the link on your rental voucher or via the ‘My Booking’ section of our website. As we didn’t receive a cancellation request from you before the pick up time, we aren’t able to offer a refund on this occasion. We would like to apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.
