Retiro de registo Responsabilidade de Crédito Banco de Portugal

Esta empresa colocou o meu nome na central de responsabilidades de crédito em incumprimento. Não conheço esta empresa e para além disso, fui declarado insolvente no Processo 1761/21.3T8ACB, com sentença proferida em 2021-09-20 e cujo período de insolvência terminou em novembro de 2025. Dado que segundo a informação da ATTICUS - STC, S.A. o valor referido teve início em 2000-032-16+ e fim em 2003-04-16. Face ao exposto solicito a limpeza da referida responsabilidade, porque caso não estivesse prescrita seria extinta pelo referido processo de insolvência.
