After booking with trip.com i tried to register the booking on the airline website (Ryanair) and they flag me. A message says that trip.com is selling tickets without any partnership with Ryanair appears and redirect me to a verification procedure in order to confirm all my personal details amd payment details provided. This verification will take normally 7 days this means I had to do the check in at the airport and thanks god I managed to do it because my connection was in late and I arrived when the check in gate was already closed but the airline company helped. So anybody though to save money purchasing on trip.com is committing a great error. They do not help at all. The customer service is horrible. The agent spoke with me in chat told me that this situation is completely normal and this is how works. All this story is unacceptable amd I pretend all my money back. I will charge the company and fight for me rights. I suggest never used any service of trip.com better spend a bit more but flight otherwise with trip.com u will loose money, flight and all your mental health.
