Fiz uma compra na empresa bookinh em 29/03/2026 para uma viagem em 31/03/2026 através do voo da azul. ocorreu que solicitei o cancelamento do voo a empresa azul. foi cancelado, o reembolso foi emitido pela azul e enviado para a empresa booking e a empresa booking não me fez o reembolso, já fiz diversas tentativas de contatos com a empresa e a unica que consigo é por chat onde não resoolvem e nao informam numero de protocolo Anexei os dois comprovante que a empresa azul me enviou informando que já fez o reembolso a empresa booking, porem a booling não me fez ainda a devolução.
