Reembolso não recebido

Exmos. Senhores, Em 03-02-26 adquiri online, dois produtos, da marca Calvin Klein, (order 31075703402) pelo valor de 118.92 €. O pagamento foi efetuado no momento. O produto não foi entregue e foi devolvido ao remetente. Já efetuei vários contactos junto dos vossos serviços, último dos quais, dia 6 de março e não obtive resposta concreta em relação ao reembolso. Foi-me indicado que teria sido processado e demoraria no máximo 10 dias úteis. Esse prazo terminou dia 2 de Março, uma vez que esta indicação me foi dada dia 16 de Fevereiro. Assim, dado que o prazo de reembolso que me foi indicado por vós já foi ultrapassado há bastante tempo, solicito novamente rápido reembolso dos produtos que nunca recebi. Mais afirmo que não voltarei a comprar convosco nem indicarei a ninguém os vossos produtos, pelo facto de neste momento sentir que simplesmente estou a ser 'roubado' por vós. Caso não regularizem rapidamente, acionarei mecanismos legais. Cumprimentos.
