Fiz uma encomenda no site tradeinn um site espanhol de uma playstation 5 e quando fiz a encomenda a playstation estava disponivel para entrega fiz o pagemento e de seguida ficou indospinivel ficou so para pre-reserva . Agora quero que me reembolsem o dinheiro ja enviei os meu dados por email e mensagem pelo Facebook eles respondem que vão reembolsar mas ate agora nada .

Boa noite . Ja passaram 6 dias , disseram por email que o dinheiro estava na minha conta entre 3-7 dias . Ja passou o tempo e dinheiro ainda nao esta na conta. Quero o meu dinheiro de volta

Estao sempre a responder sempre a mesma coisa. Tenho provas que vocês diziam que faziam o reembolso entre 3-7 dias e ja passaram 7 dias e nao tenho o dinheiro. Se nao fizerem o reembolso vou fazer queixa http://www.guardiacivil.es/ por tentativa de fraude /burla
