Senhores,Na sequência da compra de viagem viagem de avião para 4 pessoas (pedido L1Y5KB - Lisboa-Budapeste-Lisboa ida a 15/junho/2020 volta 25/junho/2020), após o mesmo ter sido cancelado e alterado pela companhia aérea (Lufthansa/Air Brussels), propuseram-me um voucher a utilizar até final do ano civil de 2020. Como não aceitei, efetuei um pedido de reembolso à Mytrip / OY SRG Finland AB, que negou e remeteu para a companhia aérea a disponibilização desse voucher oferecido.Cumprimentos,Paulo Oliveira
