Dear Gentlemen of DECO PROTESTE, I come to ask for your urgent intervention with Vinted (Lithuania) for abusive practices that caused me a loss of €230. Summary of facts: • My account was permanently blocked between November 2-3 and November 18-20, 2025 for alleged "fraudulent activity" (they never presented any proof). • After several appeals, Vinted itself admitted in writing that the blocking was a platform error (email from the collaborator Menna attached: "we have deemed this as a mistake on our side. Your account is now unblocked»). • During the lockdown I lost full access to disputes. • Two sales already sent and delivered were automatically canceled: • "Tabi boots heels" - €120.00 • "Tabi boots" - €110.00 • Vinted refunded buyers a total of €230, keeping the items with them and refusing to return my money despite acknowledging the error. Attached proofs: 1. Captures of the two canceled and refunded sales 2. Official email from Vinted admitting that the block was their mistake 3. Last standard Vinted response (December 1, 2025) ignoring the admitted error 4. Photos of the articles before shipping (100% according to announcement) Amount in question: 230 € I intend: full refund of €230 to my Vinted wallet or bank account within a maximum of 7 days. I've tried to solve it directly with support and with legal@vinted.co.uk for weeks, without success. I also have a public complaint on the Complaint Portal (waiting publication).
