Exmos Srs, Faltando ainda 8 dias para o meu voo para Munique (2023-12-07 - 2023-12-12) e sendo forçado a cancelar a viagem, pretendo a devolução do pagamento efetuado dia 31/10/2023.A TAP diz para vos contactar, o vosso chat diz simplesmente que não tenho direito a reembolso.Pretendo a devolução do valor da fatura, retirando €40 do que dizem ser a vossa taxa de serviço.
