Dear Ladies and GentlemenI am forced to complain about Continente in Olhao on the EN 125.Yesterday, 09.08.2023, I bought in the above -mentioned branch.In the area of the pizza offers, there was a strikingly marked door (see photo).It was seen around the whole door: 50% desconto em todas as pizzas (see red arrow).I bought 2 pizzas from Doctor Oetger and a Continente pizza.After I paid, I found that the original price was calculated (€ 4.19 each) and a pizza atum (Continente) (€ 2.19) and no discount was deducted.I complained. Two employees looked at the door.They were at first perplex. Then an employee said that this is only for the Pizza Iglo Takeaway (Blauer Arrow).I asked her to show myself where this pizza is.She searched first and then found the pizza iglo Takaway at the top left.The Takaway (Lila Pfeil) is written so small under the Iglo symbol that it is not even visible in the photo.Only one pizza from the entire offer window corresponded to the criteria.I find this as an extreme outrage how Continente deals with customers.I feel cheated with this type of advertising.This is not the first time that I see this kind of advertising at Continente.For this reason, I am now submitting this complaint.In Germany, the consumer organization would submit a warning procedure.I don't know what you can do here in Portugal against this type of advertising.In the interests of all customers, you shouldn't put up with this.I hope you can help prohibit such a type of advertising.With kind regardsKlaus Klein
