Boa tarde, Fiz uma encomenda ao vendedor Vevor https://eur.vevor.com/, de um container de nitrogénio no valor de 143 euros, no entanto só usei o produto pela 1ª vez ao fim de 6 meses de o ter adquirido. O produto encontra-se danificado. Segundo indicação do vendedor o produto é capaz de manter-se com nitrogénio durante 30 dias, no entanto após ter atestado o produto com nitrogénio e fechado corretamente, segundo indicações, o container ficou completamente vazio ao fim de 1 dia. Felizmente não foi colocado qualquer material dentro do container. O vendedor não assume a garantia e já me propôs reembolsar 5 dolars, depois 8 e agora 12 dolars. Já tentei várias vezes que assuma garantia do produto sem sucesso. O vendedor sugeriu que repare o produto localmente no entanto o produto não tem arranjo possível. Pretendo reembolso ou troca.

The product was ordered on Aliexpress at your official VEVOR OFFICIAL STORE. You know perfectly well.I have already sent you several photos and videos of the product.You are always trying to delay the resolution of this situation. Apparently the product is normal, but it does not contain liquid nitrogen, in just 1 day all the nitrogen has evaporated. which means the container will be damaged, probably internally. The situation will be resolved here. On aliexpress you are always saying the same thing. My product is under warranty and you don't assume that. My product is damaged and you don't assume it.
