I contacted for the first time the seller on 08/10, since then we have exchanged several messages but no solution so far. They don't provide a solution for the problem, don't allow me to use the warranty and no refund, they said for me to fix the problem locally, I don't have an expert in wind turbine near me and then they said that can give 32$ with is a small fraction of the price. I want the product to work or another product. This is s brand new that never worked
