Problema de Rescisão de Contrato

Venho por este comunicar a Dificuldade prestada e a falta de informação prestada por parte da Seguradora METLIFE que, não só me indicaram a Apólice do seguro incorreta, fazendo com que eu não pudesse usufruir do serviço, como também não me facilitaram a cessação do serviço quando requerido. Não me foi dada a informação que a Apólice estava incorreta e não me foi dito que a anulação não tinha tido efeito mas foi acusada a recessão no Mês 10/2022 forçando-me a pagar, sem nunca ter usufruído desde o inicio, até ao mês 4/2023Tentei resolver esta situação e proceder a devolução do valor indevidamente cobrado por via de E-mails mas apenas foi correspondido com a anulação do contrato e ignoraram completamente os meus pedidos de reembolso
