I have requested to cancel my order because I have waited for more than 30 days for the delivery, I have enquired about the delivery date, they could not provide an answer to me. on 27 April 2023, they said the refund request has been forwarded to their finance department for proof of confirmation, after sending them a few more emails about my refund, I still have not heard from them. It's been almost 2.5 months, it is not difficult to make the transfer back to my bank account via IBAN.
