I have been waiting 2 weeks for Worten to deliver and install my new water heater. I have tried to contact the store and was advised that they would call me back but they have not.

Have been waiting for a week trying to return a faulty order. I was sent 2 messages stating they tried to pick it up but That is untrue as I waited at home for 4 days.
