Can you help with this problem please
Summary of the incident: E-Redes carried out digging work outside my house while reconnecting permanent power after a fire caused by an electrical fault. During this work, they cut through a wire, which caused a power outage in the house. E-Redes has already acknowledged responsibility for the original issue.
Timing: We were away at the time. We returned home four days after the event. My neighbour told me by WhatsApp that E-Redes was digging outside the house four days before we came back.
Damage: The outage caused food in the fridge and freezer to spoil.
Proof: I have airline tickets showing we were away, photographs of the damaged wire, photographs of the spoiled food, and the WhatsApp message from my neighbour.
What I want: Compensation for the damaged food and any other losses caused by the outage.
