Exmos. Senhores, No dia 1 de Setembro de 2025, comprei-vos, na loja do Alegro Sintra, um Sofá Slider 2L Cz 251x113x102 por 479,40€. A referência da encomenda é 144691759 (número de encomenda 000087000092464). A 5 de Novembro de 2025 comunicaram-me que a encomenda foi cancelada e que iria receber o valor pago pela mesma, através do mesmo meio de pagamento utilizado. No entanto, já passaram 15 dias úteis e ainda não recebi o que me é devido, pelo que, segundo a legislação aplicável, exijo a devolução em dobro do valor pago. Cumprimentos.

Os dados bancários foram enviados no dia 6 de Novembro, conforme podem confirmar pelo email. Estava em chamada com a loja enquanto enviava o email e obtive confirmação da recepção do mesmo. O reembolso no prazo legal não está, portanto, a ser cumprido.
