On 17 August 2022, I made a payment to Entity 12467Reference 384971931Amount 49,89€The beneficiary merchant of PPRO is Funsport.DE which insists it has never received payment into its account. Since it did not receive the funds, it will not refund or provide the services. I need to be reimbursed by PPRO now.

I provided you several weeks ago with the email from your merchant FunsportDE with the belligerent denial of receiving payment and refusal for refund. Your company does not have a working phone number and you also do not respond to email inquiries. Unfortunately, the only way your company seems to respond is when a complaint with a third party is filed. I am requesting you to resolve this with your merchant since it is impossible for me to either communicate with you or your client merchant Funsport.DE. Until a refund is made by either you or your client, I consider it unresolved.
