Pagamentos indevidos

Não efetuei nenhuma subscrição e estão a exigir-me uma pagamento de uma mensalidade. Já cancelei a suposta subscrição feita, não quero nenhum produto e estão a enviar-me emails constantes a exigir pagamentos e a avisar a cobrança de despesas. Não aderi a nada e não quero nada.
