Bom dia.Tenho voo hoje às 12h Luxemburgo - portoNo dia de ontem fiz a solicitação do check in (bilhetes de embarque) que me foi respondido que estava aceite e que os bilhetes eram gerados 8h antes do voo. Hoje de manhã recebo a informação que houve problema com o check-in e para me dirigir ao balcão de check-in no aeroporto. Cheguei ao aeroporto 2,5h antes do voo e no ecrã ainda não havia informação de qual seria o balcão de check-in. Aguardo até às 10h e continua sem aparecer vou procurar onde pudessem ser os balcões da companhia e peço para fazer o check in pedem me a quantia de 55€????? Eu tentei fazer o check in no tempo certo (um dia antes) se houve problema da parte da companhia eu não tenho de ser penalizada por isso. Agradeço o reembolso do mesmo montante. Pois nós, clientes, viajamos Ryanair para ser mais barato e depois com o pagamento de check-in acabar por ser mais caro que outras companhias? É inadmissível!Referência Booking ZLIMFD

I did check in at the airport but it wasn't my choice, it was your request (as I sent the image attached) because you were having a problem with the application. The customer service person at check in said that the company would issue a refund because it wasn't my fault. I hope to receive a refund. thank you
