Hi dearsI have placed an order on Intimissimi website, on 20.07 (order no: 2290013644). I was supposed to receive the order at my Lisbon address on 25-26.07 according to their terms and conditions (this was specified at the check out). The order has not been dispatched yet and their customer service is not able to give me any information about a new delivery date, in the same time I cannot cancel the order. So basically they cashed in the money, without shipping anything. I would like to remind you that according to the EU law for online purchases, if the contractual delivery fails the company is obliged to provide a new delivery date, also that the customer has the right to cancel the order in 2 weeks time from placing it. Please let me know what happens next. It also doesn't look like I am the only one in this situation, if you check Trustpilot seems that everyone is complaining about the same, and this is valid for all Calzedonia group (Tezenis, Intimissimi, Calzedonia)Thank you
