Cheow-Lay WEENIF: 313973229On Oct 2, the the solar panels box linked to the fuse box stopped working. We can’t tell if the solar panels are working or not, or if it’s just the box that isn’t. We phoned EDP immediately and were told someone would call back no-one called back. We made more calls to EDP over the next few weeks and the response was the same, but no-one called us back. On 25 October, We dialled for the English-speaking service but were transferred to a Portuguese only speaker who just put the phone down on us when we asked (in Portuguese!) for the English-language service we had been promised in the first place. The last call to EDP was Monday 30 October and we actually got an apology from the agent. However, we have still not received a call-back with a view to resolving this problem. We are paying a decent sum each month for the solar panels and are getting no satisfactory service in return. This is an unacceptable service which must surely violate a contractual obligation by EDP to its customers.
