I have had no network access on my eSIM since January 2026. Despite not being able to use the service, I was charged for both January and February 2026.
I have sent three emails to customer support with no response.

I want to cancel my contract immediately and receive a full refund for the months charged.
This situation is completely unacceptable, and other customers should be warned: do not buy from Lycamobile — service is unreliable and unresponsive.
