FIZ UM ALUGER DE UM VEICULO, E FOI EFETUADO PARTE DO PAGAMENTO PORQUE O REMANESCENTE SERIA PAGO NA ALTURA QUE O CARRO FOSSE LEVANTADO. NAO RECEBI ATE A DATA QUALQUER EMAIL PARA ALEM DE QUE PREENCHI INUMEROS FORMULARIOS E NAO RECEBI NENHUM EMAIL SOBRE O MESMO. O NUMERO QUE DEIXEI AQUI É O NUMERO DE RESERVA AGRADEÇO RAPIDA RESPOSTA CASO CONTRARIO VOU RECORRER AS ENTIDADES COMPETENTES

Good afternoon, thanks for answering to my questions. But my email dont have any issue or full, and i try to another emails and i have no problem. That way, i wont count to continue reservatokn, i try to change email, but your service is too bad. I want my money back

As long as you cancel before then, we can offer a full refund. You can see the cancellation policy for each offer in the conditions before booking and again on your rental voucher. Please note that you can cancel 24h a day using the link on your rental voucher or via the ‘My Booking’ section of our website. As we didn’t receive a cancellation request from you before the pick up time, we aren’t able to offer a refund on this occasion. We would like to apologise for any inconveniences this may cause. Would like apologise? Lol. How i suppose doing the cancelation, if cant find the location of the car? Remember you sent me a an email in 9/09, 17h. How i suppose doing the cancellation, when i know then location less than 24h? I dont stop reclaim, because you service is bad, not working. You dont hel or number in Portugal who can call.
