Não Recebi o Carro no Aeroporto de Katowice

Exmos. Senhores. Venho mais uma vez, solicitar que me devolvam o valor que paguei pelo carro e pelo seguro que fiz. Quando saí da zona de recolha de bagenes no aeroporto de Katowice, Polónia, não havia ninguém à minha espera para me levar ao local para me entregar o carro. Liquei várias vezes para os números que aparecem no voucher mas ninguém atendeu. Obrigado pela atenção.

As you can see, I tried calling the number on the voucher several times. No one answered. I even got help from a Car Free employee who tried calling from his cell phone, but he couldn't get through either.
