Não recebi encomenda da Ubert Eats

No dia 25/06/2023 fiz uma compra com mbway na Uber eats, no Macdonals Loureshopping, em que recebo um aviso na aplicação em que foi entregue encomenda por um Tiago num honda PCX de matricula AG-XX-XX. Para meu espanto tenho 1 tentativa de contacto de um numero 21XXXXXX (ao qual tentei devolver a chamada e dizia que não existia) e nem tocaram a porta. Não é a primeira vez que faça compras na plataforma, até já houve vezes em que se atrasam , mas assim nunca. Fui ao MacDonalds do Loureshopping perguntar se a encomenda tinha sido devolvida e mais um vez fico de boca aberta quando a funcionaria diz-me que quem faz a entrega e que fica com o produto!!!! Assim deste modo ando eu a pagar e o estafeta é que fica com jantar de borla!!!! Tentei por inúmeras formas entrar em contacto com a Uber Eats, é mais fácil telefonar ao Papa do que falar com alguem num atendimento telefonivo com um operador ( nunca consegui) Até a data fiquei sem o dinheiro e sem o produto Não recebi a devolução do valor pago. É uma vergonha o tempo que leva para resolver uma situação tão simples, fazendo com que o cliente perca a confiança na marca, na plataforma. Posso dizer que se a situação não for resolvida for remover a aplicação e não vou fazer mais compras nela!!!
