Não ativação de sinistro

Boa tarde, gostaria de comunicar que tenho seguro de proteção ao crédito na metlife do cartão bankinter e do cartão wizink e quis ativar sinistro por ter um Certificado Multiusos com 83% de incapacidade e de me terem respondido que não ativavam porque: do bankinter por ser uma situação anterior ao pedido do cartão e do wizink por ter (em outro que cartão deles que paguei na totalidade) o seguro terminado em 2020 (quando o novo cartão que pedi foi em 2022). Como poderei argumentar contra este tipo de seguro financeiro que não aceita o meu Certificado Multiusos.Obrigada.

Ex.mos Senhores,O certificado multiusos tem a data de janeiro de 2023. A minha questão é o porquê de ao fazermos a adesão aos cartões com seguro, pensando que estamos protegidos para algum acontecimento (previsto), não avisam os clientes de que se houver condições pré-existentes não são obrigados a pagar o seguro. O que está errado é receberem os nossos pagamentos do seguro e depois terem este tipo de argumentos que, na minha opinião, dá uma imagem muito, mas muito negativa da vossa empresa. Aliás esse tipo de argumento dá-me direito a exigir que me sejam devolvidos todos os pagamentos que fiz à MetLife porque fui mal informada aquando da adesão ao seguro.Será com certeza uma queixa que irei fazer junto das entidades competentes porque andam a enganar os clientes.Cumprimentos.

SenhoresAcusamos a receção da reclamação do email infra, o qual mereceu a nossa melhor atenção.Em resposta ao mesmo, vimos por este meio informar que, a cliente foi contactada pelo Bankinter, em parceria com a MetLife, para a apresentação do produto denominado comercialmente por 'Seguro de Protecção Financeira' tendo sido confirmados os seus dados pessoais.No decurso da chamada telefónica, foram-lhe prestadas as informações pré-contratuais necessárias à subscrição do contrato de seguro, tal como foi questionada sobre o seu estado de saúde, isto é, se nos passados 12 meses esteve parcial ou totalmente incapaz para exercer a sua profissão habitual, de modo que a cliente refere que não.Da mesma forma, em nenhum momento da chamada a cliente menciona situações preexistentes, pelo que a agente não faz qualquer menção nesse sentido.Foi disponibilizado o número de telefone da Linha de Apoio ao Cliente para o qual a cliente deveria contactar caso não pretendesse dar continuidade aos contrato de seguro, assim como foi informado do valor do prémio a pagar.Não obstante, este segurador verificou que a vendanão se encontra em conformidade, devido à informação incorreta transmitida no que respeita ao valor do prémio mensal.Nesse sentido, somos a informar que a adesão aos Contratos de Seguro de Proteção Financeira encontra-se devidamente cancelada e devolução de todos os prémios pagos, no montante de293,57Eur .
