In November 2023 I had a complaint about the incorrect installation of solar panels by EDP who refused to make the necessary corrections. I eventually appealed to the Provedor who decided to approve what EDP had done. I then went to arbitration and eventually to Court which found in my favour and the panels were re-aligned on 13th December 2024. The Provedor had defended his lack of action/agreement with EDP who had indicated in writing that I was only losing less than 1% of production with the original inclination of the panels but, after the adjustment I the production has increased by over 30%.
I have on several occasions asked the Provedor why he had taken the actions he did which caused me considerable problems over 12 months and his lack of action clearly lost me production for over 12 months.
I have twice asked him (via the EDP Provedor website) why he made the decisions he did (obviously wrong) but all i have received is three emails which say:
"Dear Sir,
I am very grateful for your request for consideration regarding the dissatisfaction with the response of the EDP Comercial services.
I stand by my previous opinion.
This opinion is also sent to the services of EDP Comercial.

He is clearly completely ignoring my request for answers which is most unprofessional.
All emails from him are "no-reply" emails and I find it impossible to contact him directly.
Can you help?
