Klass Wagen Portugal are scammers
Klass Wagen Portugal are scammers, they refused to give scratch/damage report before the beginning of car rental so that they could use it to charge customers extortionate charges after returning a car. They have this detailed pdf file with all the scratches where they can zoom in and see them but they refuse to give this to a customer. Initially there is only some blurred zoomed out unreadable damage report as all the cars are scratched anyway, then they find 'new' scratches and charge for them with all their might. Scam operation called Klass Wagen. They have charged me extra insurance for 400EUR which I did not need, they cheated me. After the car was returned, they charged me 1500EUR for non existing scratches.
