I am submitting this complaint regarding the online re-evaluation channel created by AIMA for decisions concerning Temporary Protection for non-Ukrainian citizens. AIMA publicly announced that applicants can request a re-evaluation of their decision through a specific online portal. However, since the day this channel was launched, it has not been functioning properly. Although the form can be accessed and filled in, the platform does not allow submission of the required documents. The system either fails during upload or does not allow completion of the application. As a result, it is technically impossible to submit a re-evaluation request. This means that while AIMA claims that a remedy exists, in practice applicants cannot use it. This situation creates serious uncertainty and risk for affected individuals, especially where deadlines may apply. Applicants are being directed to a solution that does not function. I have: Attempted multiple times to submit the request; Recorded a video demonstrating the malfunction; Taken screenshots of the portal errors; At present, there is no effective way to submit the re-evaluation request. I request that AIMA: Acknowledge that the portal is not functioning; Provide an alternative method to submit re-evaluation requests (e.g., by email or in person); Ensure that no applicant loses rights due to technical failures of the platform. This situation requires urgent resolution, as it affects fundamental administrative access for vulnerable individuals.

Unfortunately, I am unable to send the video of actual situation with AIMA portal where the reassessment application is to be done due to the size. I have written to AIMA several times regarding this issue but have not received any response. I do not know whether this situation was deliberate or not; however, what continues to concern me is why it was stated that a channel had been opened when, in reality, this does not appear to be the case. I am also concerned about information being shared with the media that does not reflect the true situation. For example, Observador reported on the regularisation of students. However, the actual situation is that some students have merely been given appointments — this is not the same as being regularised. There are still students in secondary and primary schools who have not been given appointments at all, as there is currently no available channel to address their cases. In addition, there are people who are working and remain without a clear pathway to resolve their status. For these reasons, I am considering writing directly to media outlets, as the public deserves to know the full and accurate reality of the situation. I respectfully request clarification and transparency regarding these matters
