Incumprimento de contrato de aluger

Exposição dos factos: No dia acima indicado, ao levantar o veículo reservado, apresentei a carta de condução em formato digital, através da aplicação oficial id.gov.pt/gov.pt, documento emitido pelo Estado Português e com valor jurídico igual ao original em cartão. O colaborador da agência recusou-se a aceitar este documento, impedindo a utilização do serviço contratado e causando-me prejuízos e transtorno financeiro e particularmente moral, pois fizeram me sentir e passo a expressão “ como se estivesse a passar uma nota falsa”, não posso aceitar que qualquer norma interna de uma empresa que labore em território nacional, se possa substituir á lei vigente. Bom dia, não consigo encontrar outra numeração da reserva sem ser a que já enviei, o nome do condutor é Ilídio Helder Reis Gil e a viatura era para ser levantada no dia 27/09/2025 às 08H00 em Greenmotion, Estrada Nacional 125, km 99, Faro, 8005-412. Junto anexo print da indicação do numero da reserva. Obrigado
