Dear Prosegur Support / Complaints Resolution Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the continuous unauthorized billing for the security camera services at my commercial establishment. I used to run a salon named "Gill Barber Unisex Salon" located at R. Cel. Andrada Mendoça 7A N/A, 2500-148 Caldas da Rainha. When the cameras were installed, your agent, Mr. Nuno, explicitly assured me that when I closed the shop, the contract would be terminated and the equipment would be removed.
It has now been one full year since my salon was officially closed. Despite the shop being completely shut down and no services being utilized, Prosegur has failed to cancel my contract and has continued to auto-deduct the monthly subscription fee from my bank account for the past 12 months.
I am currently facing a very difficult situation and am in a major financial crisis (problema). Charging a customer for a service that is not being provided—especially after the business has been closed for a year—is completely unfair and illegal. I urgently need all my wrongfully deducted money back.
