I GOT SCAMMED THROUGH CTT DELIVERY

Dear Sir, I ordered a camera and got a delivery of a two pairs of shoes which was delivered by a CTT agent. I wish to get back my money. I do not want CTT to release my money to the seller. The payment was made on January 15, 2026 around 6:40pm. Address: Rua Costa Cabral 565, Porto, 4200-223, by Combantentes Metro. I ordered two items, the first was correctly delivered with a tracking number: ctt.pt/t/DD366048568PT . While the other was dilivered by the sa,e agent but I did not get a tracking number from CTT before the delivery.
